Transport Dynamics have been called upon to provide traffic and transport planning advice to London Road Bar and Grill, East Grinstead, West Sussex.
Under the Temporary Pavement Licence Legislation which came into effect in July 2020, London Road Bar and Grill made use of a embedded on-street loading bay for outdoor seating. This arrangement worked very well and supported a vibrant and viable hospitality business. London Road Bar and Gill now wish to retain this operational feature.
A planning application had previously been lodged with Mid-Sussex District Council and we provided additional support in the form of on-street servicing capacity surveys and a Transport Statement to support the permanent proposal.
