Transport Dynamics were commissioned to provide traffic and transport advice for this multiple staged application, allowing the developer to safeguard their position.
We successfully achieved this work firstly through a Permitted Development scheme and then through two further planning applications to allow an increase in residential unit number and maximising development potential.
