Transport Dynamics have recently provided Traffic and Transport advice to support a proposed residential scheme in central Epping replacing former garages.
The site, with excellent accessibility and within very easy reach of Epping Town Centre, had been ‘held up’ by Natural England. Our work supported an approach to over turn and move the application towards consent.
