Transport Dynamics have recently assisted GMG obtain planning consent for a boutique hotel at Bayham Street, London Borough of Camden.
This scheme, while challenging, resulted in planning consent at Planning Committee.
We provided a vast number of services on this project. A central aspect was our advice to relocate all servicing to an on-street position from an off-street location thereby allowing increased land take and development intensification of the then service yard.
