Transport Dynamics have recently provided access advice at Warley Farm Barn, Plummers Plain, Horsham West Sussex. (DC/19/1360) which will allow the creation of a new access to support redevelopment.
Our work allowed an onerous requirement for Design Manual for Road and Bridges standards to be eradicated and in their place the use of Manual for Streets standards allowing the creation of a new access and highway sign off.
