Transport Dynamics has worked closely with Kember Loudon Williams and David Fry Architects to help achieve planning consent for additional development at a particularly constrained site at Woolpack Corner (A274) near Tenterden, Kent.
Planning consent allows the creation of two new residential units, a new means of access and allows the stopping up of an old access (right) improving road safety for all road users.
Consent to this site was granted following all highway objection issues being resolved, and detailed methodical work persuasively arguing the case.
