Transport Dynamics were commissioned to provide traffic and transport advice to help support a live existing planning application at a farm in the Stockbury Valley in Kent.
KCC Highways had raised a significant objection against the scheme in relation to access to and from the A249. This objection threatened the overall scheme. We negotiated access arrangements, overturned the KCC Highways Objection and also dealt effectively with the Parish Council. Planning Consented was granted to the satisfaction of all.
