Transport Dynamics have recently provided access, traffic and transport advice to support redevelopment and a more intensive site use of an existing commercial site at The Looe, Reigate Road, Epsom.
We provided specialist access, traffic and transport advice, extensive traffic surveys, detailed design, as well as post submission negotiation with Surrey County Council Highways. At the same time additional residential use was proposed for surplus land.
Highways approval for each element has been conferred.
