Transport Dynamics have been commissioned to provide access, traffic and transport to support a dog walking facility at Epping, Essex.
The site, operated by Grow Walkies, comprises two segregated fields, parking areas and a vehicular access. Our work involved the provision of access, traffic and transport advice, swept path analysis and visibility splay advice, as well as dealing with issues relating to the Epping Forest Special Area of Conservation.
Epping Forest District Council regard development proposals (regardless of their type, size and location within their district) which would result in even an increase in just one additional vehicle has the potential to contribute to increases in atmospheric pollution within the Special Area of Conservation.
