Transport Dynamics have recently provided traffic and transport advice to overturn a highways objection from Essex County Council in relation to a retrospective change of use from agricultural hardstanding to B8 commercial storage in Great Dunmow.
Our work involved the significant assessments to smooth the path of local authority resistance including speed surveys, extensive traffic surveys and general traffic and transport advice, resulting in the removal of an ECC Highways holding objection.
