Transport Dynamics has recently provided traffic, transport and design advice to support the proposed residential re-use of the former Kings Head Public House site at Five Oak Green, near Tonbridge, Kent.
The former pub site has become a derelict eyesore, and historically has had an extremely dangerous vehicular access. Our work has involved access relocation, detailed discussions with Kent County Council Highways prior to the submission of the planning application and the production of supporting traffic and transport documentation.
